Terms and Conditions  – Hotel Legacy Group Collection 

Effective Date: 251016 

1. General 

All offers are non-binding. An offer or order is only considered binding once confirmed in writing by Hotel Legacy Group Collection (“HLGC”, “we”, “us”). 

2. Prices 

  1. Quoted or agreed prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, customs duties, and other government charges, as well as currency fluctuations exceeding 3% outside our control, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

  1. HLGC reserves the right to adjust prices in price lists and on our website without prior notice. 

  1. Standard website prices are based on quantities: example 24 chairs, 12 armchairs/barstools, and 10 tables. 

3. Payment 

  1. Payment must be made according to the terms specified in the order confirmation or quotation. 

  1. Late payments will incur interest in accordance with applicable law. 

  1. For cash-on-delivery shipments, a fee of 2% of the COD amount applies, with a minimum of 250 sek per delivery. 

4. Delivery Time 

  1. Delivery time is calculated from the date all necessary information and requirements from the buyer have been received. 

  1. If the buyer delays delivery, e.g., due to order modifications or additions, HLGC reserves the right to extend the delivery time or cancel the order. 

  1. Estimated delivery times are approximate. HLGC is not liable for delays unless expressly agreed in writing. 

5. Delivery 

  1. Delivery is Ex Works (factory) or another location specified by HLGC. 

  1. Shipping method and route are determined by HLGC unless explicitly requested otherwise by the buyer. 

  1. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Insurance can be arranged at the buyer’s request and cost. 

  1. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods can be unloaded and that sufficient personnel or equipment are available. 

  1. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately to the carrier. HLGC is only liable for defects arising from proper handling and does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, storage, assembly, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or improper repairs. 

6. Warranty 

HLGC provides a 2-year factory warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials only. 

7. Force Majeure 

HLGC is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, fire, war, mobilization, requisition, currency restrictions, riots, shortage of materials, or delays from subcontractors. HLGC may postpone delivery or cancel the order partially or entirely. 

8. Buyer Insolvency 

If there is reason to believe the buyer may not fulfill payment obligations, HLGC may request security. If acceptable security is not provided, HLGC reserves the right to cancel the purchase. 

9. Retention of Title 

Ownership of goods remains with HLGC until full payment has been received. 

10. Assembly and Installation 

Assembly, installation, or repair services are invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

11. Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If this is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under applicable law or by a competent court at the seller’s location.
